The fellowship hall reality
A church calendar never stops: suppers, studies, service projects, the youth lock-in. The kitchen team is cooking for whoever walks in, and "whoever walks in" is impossible to shop for. A real RSVP turns a guess into a grocery list.
02
One link, no member accounts
Doors gives the gathering one short URL (doors.events/e/wed-supper) that goes in the bulletin, the prayer-chain text, and the slide before service. Members tap, type a name and an email, say how many in their party. No sign-up, nothing to install. The page they land on is themed for a church gathering, a photographed header picked from your event type, or your own photo if you have one you would rather use. Not a blank form.

Ask what the kitchen needs
Find out who's coming, who's cooking, and who needs a ride, all in one tap. The answers export clean for the hospitality team.

Reminders so the headcount is real
Doors sends automatic reminders as the event approaches (about three days before, and again shortly before it starts) to everyone who said yes. A guest who is reminded twice either turns up or tells you they cannot, which is what makes the number worth planning around. For the mechanics, see our guide on how to track RSVPs online.
