My event link shows “not found”

Your event is still a draft. Open it from your dashboard and press Publish — the link goes live the moment you do.

I didn’t get the sign-in email

Check spam first. Sign-in links expire fairly quickly, so if the email has been sitting a while, request a new one from the sign-in page.

How do I change my event after publishing?

Edit it from your dashboard. If you change the date, time or location, guests who already RSVP’d are emailed automatically.

How do I export my guest list?

Open your event, click RSVPs, then Export CSV.

How do I put my logo on the invitation?

Branding, under your avatar menu. Available on Unlimited.

How do I remove “Powered by Doors.events”?

It comes off your guest pages on the Unlimited subscription. On per-event, on your free first event, and on comped lifetime accounts it stays — it’s how people find us.

How do I cancel?

From your billing page, anytime. You keep access until the end of the period.

How long do you keep my data?

Event data is purged one year after the event ends. You can export your RSVPs at any point before that.

I need to change or cancel my RSVP

Use the “Manage it here” link in your confirmation email. No account needed.

I can’t find my confirmation email

Reply to any reminder you’ve had for the event — it reaches the host directly.

Who is this event from?

The host’s name, and their organization if they’ve set one, appear at the top of the invitation page.

Do I need an account to RSVP?

No. You never need one.

What happens to my email address?

Only the host of that event sees it. We use it to send your confirmation and reminders for that event, nothing else.
