Questions before you buy

When am I charged?

Your first event is free, no card required. After that, you're charged when you publish an event: per-event is a one-time $9.99 for that event; Unlimited is $49.99 for a full year of events.

Do my guests pay or need an account?

Never. Guests RSVP for free with a name and an email. No app, no login, no account to create. The email is what carries their confirmation, their calendar invite and their reminders.

What if I only host once a year?

Then per-event is for you. Pay $9.99 for the wedding or reunion and you're done. Switch to Unlimited the year you start hosting more.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from the customer portal. Per-event has nothing to cancel; Unlimited simply stops renewing whenever you say.

Is everything really in both tiers?

Nearly. Same event setup, same RSVP page, same dashboard, and your logo and business name on your guest pages either way. Per-event isn’t a stripped-down trial. What Unlimited adds is the handful of things that only make sense once you’re running events regularly: your guest list carried from one event to the next, repeating events on a single link, unlimited broadcasts, and the Doors.events credit off your pages.

Can I remove “Powered by Doors.events”?

On the annual plan, yes: nothing of ours appears on your guest pages. On per-event and your free first event, the badge stays. It’s how people find us. Your own logo and business name are on your guest pages either way. (Founder and lifetime accounts keep the badge too: that was the trade for the account.)

Will my price change?

Pricing may change over time, but Unlimited subscribers keep the rate they signed up at. No third-party ads and no tracking either way.
